Our IT team is growing, and we now have the opportunity for an experienced Support Engineer to join our team and provide outstanding support to our growing client list.

About the Role

Being part of our support and consultancy team you will have a range of responsibilities including:-

Building and maintaining relationships with our managed service and consulting clients.
Managing and maintaining our clients' M365 tenants, devices and on-premise environments.
Ensure documentation and procedures are always up-to-date.
Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software or network issues.
Maintain and review configuration data (e.g. user lists, asset register etc.).
Cyber security controls implementation and updates.
Ensure client systems are patched and up-to-date.
Provide Level 3 technical support to end-users.
Managing M365 ATP policies.

Required Skills and Experience

3+ years' experience in a support engineer or equivalent role.
Experience working with Windows Server (Active Directory, File Services, IIS).
Experience with Microsoft 365 environment including Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune and Azure Active Directory).
Networking knowledge in routing, switching and wireless infrastructure.
Scripting experience such as PowerShell.
Knowledge around security practices and technologies.
Good knowledge of public, private and hybrid cloud.
Ability to plan, design and implement solutions working solo or collaboratively as part of a team.

This role starts from $50,000 and is negotiable and can be adjusted accordingly for the candidate’s relevant experience.
