About You

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be conducting administration, customization, and data integrity while being a part of a high performing Salesforce admin team. This will involve day-to-day system operations, supporting user adoption, delivering training, develop reporting, producing documentations, hands on configurations, deployments, and identifying opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.

In addition to providing technical expertise, you will collaborate closely with the Salesforce architect, Salesforce admin lead, business analysts, external vendors, quality assurance team and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions. This role is critical in delivering data-driven insights and ensuring that Salesforce instances remain a robust, scalable solution capable of supporting the organization’s current operations and future growth initiatives.

By system upgrades, health checks, integrations, and customizations, you will ensure that Salesforce operates at peak performance while aligning with the broader IT strategy. Your administration skills will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring user satisfaction, and maximizing the return on investment from the Salesforce platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

The Salesforce Administrator need a solid understanding and experience in Salesforce echo systems such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud and Salesforce platform. It is vital to understand and learn how these products can work in harmony with all the other technologies within the company.

Bachelor’s degree - Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce administration experience.
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required.
Advanced certifications like Salesforce Advanced Administrator are preferred.
Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools, preferably including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality.
